Commercial authorization

The business license trial of wise has expired, but our project has not been launched yet. Can I extend the trial period until the project is launched before purchasing the business license? Will the original commercial license expire? If so, what should I do after expiration? Do you need to pay again?

What's the payment model like? Is it paid in full or paid for once in a period of time when buying a genuine commercial license?
