Wwise Launcher installation impossible, "next" button greyed out. Also Microsoft Silverlight Error

+1 vote

1. After selecting package and deployment platforms, a correct directory, still the NEXT button for installation stays greyed out.

2. I  get this error when opening or clicking on tabs within wwise launcher. (MacBookPro OSX Sierra)

An error occurred. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of an installation, please restart the Wwise Launcher and try again.

I am having this same problem, I feel like I have tried everything; have you found a solution yet?
Same problem here on Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6.
