Unexpected email today advertising the release of Wwise 2019.1.8 (build 7173)?

I have just received an email from Release@audiokinetice.com advertising the release of Wwise 2019.1.8 (build 7173)??? 2019.2.0.7216 was released mid February.... who is messing with the time continuum?

2019.1 and 2019.2 are two different Major releases of Wwise.

2019.1.8 is the latest patch of 2019.1 while 2019.2.0 is the first version of 2019.2.

I understand the fundamental versioning model. What surprises me that I received an advert for an older major release with this message "Wwise 2019.1.8 (build 7173) is now available for download from the Wwise Launcher's Wwise tab!"  when a later major version has already been released mid February. The sentiment of this email implied it was a brand new release.
