Hello,

I am doing the 201 Wwise course and got to the Game Object profiler layout. I opened the layout but all that was immediately visible was the game sync monitor. I then tried resetting the factory layouts and what appeared instead was the voice monitor instead of the game object explorer, as well as the game object 3D viewer. I cannot find the game object explorer to add it to the layout under the views menu, and also on other project lessons I have the exact same issue.

Thanks

Hey James,

First off, the Wwise 201 course has not yet been updated for 2019.2, only 2019.1. There's more on some of the changes here:
https://www.audiokinetic.com/library/edge/?source=SDK&id=whatsnew_2019_2_new_features.html

That said, there's some limitations to using some of the Game Object Profiler views on Mac that you might want to read.

There is no specific mention of the game object explorer in the first link. I'm on a Windows PC and also do not see the 'game object explorer' or an option to open it as an individual view. I guess I should have used 2019.1 for the tutorials/lessons, but it was not made clear that 2019.2 would be incompatible with certain aspects of the course.
