Workaround: Game Object 3D Viewer has no 3D view, Crash with CrankcaseREV

We discovered an issue where the DirectX 9 End-User Runtime, used for displaying the 3D views and the CrankcaseREV plug-in, is not installed anymore by the Wwise Launcher.

Until this is fixed, you can install the DirectX 9 End-User Runtime manually: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=8109
