WWise file packager unity

I want to separate audio files from the apk. The audio files will be downloaded from the server and will be put into the persistentDataPath.

How do i achieve this?

I have tried using the WWise file packager to produce the pck file. Load default.pck file runtime on unity using the LoadPackageFile and it always returns AK_Fail without any explanation.
I have manually copied the Init.bnk into the streaming asset and inserted all bank files including the Init.bnk file into the .pck . But it still doesn't work

I tried to download the soundbank 1 by 1 and put it into the persistentDataPath but it still doesn't work.

Any answers or lead will be greatly appreciated.
