Windows Builds Crashing in Unity 2017.4.39f1 with Wwise Integration 2019.2.2.7275.1749

I've got a build crash only on Windows platform builds that I can't figure out the cause of. It builds fine for Linux which is confusing to me. If anyone knows a fix I would really appreciate some help!
