Unable to download 2019.2.5.7349

Hello, 

While I am trying to get the newest Wwise release along with upgrading Unreal Engine to 4.25,

I could not install Wwise 2019.2.5.7349, with error messages like below

"self signed certificate in certificate chain"

"You do not have the required permissions to perform the operation"  

I was able to download Wwise (2019.2.5.7349) - UE (4.25) integration files, but need to get Wwise installation file for Thirdparty libraries.

Thankfully though, I have all files necessary for 2019.2.2.7275, just newer version is more desirable for us.
