Import generates error: Unsupported WAV file format.

I am new to this stuff, but I couldn't find an answer to my issue. I didn't have any issues a few weeks ago, but after needing to reinstall I started having this problem.

I attempted to import a WAV file created in Audacity, but I get "Error: Unsupported WAV file format." The file is setup at mono channel, 22khz, and 24bit PCM.

Did I miss something when I did a fresh install?
