Wamp error while attempting profiling [closed]

[Wwise 2019.2.7 + UE4.25.4 Macbook pro 2017]

HI, I'm having troubles with wwise and unreal integration. everytime i try to connect for profiling i got this error:

I can't post any kind of event or neither do profiling.

is there anyone that had the same problem and got a solution?

I state i don't know C++ or any similar programming language, but i can learn if it is necessary. Thanks in advance for helping.
