wwise2019.1.10 fail to connect ip to the ios/android game(the iphone and the pc with wwise is not in same LAN) [closed]

When the wwise is upgrade to wwise2019.1.10, i fail to connect to the IOS game(use wwise2019.1.10). But i try to use wwise2019.1.5 editor, i can connect to ios game. Same IOS/Android Game，but Different Wwise editor.

Besides, I try to connect to PC Game which is in same LAN or PC Game which is in same PC with wwise editor， And it failed.

Besides, I try to open wwise editor use administor to connect ip, And it still failed.

Besides, I try to modefy the port(24024), and it still failed.
closed with the note: Maybe my firewall result in this problem.
