Multiple Integration Temp Folders for Unity?

I recently modified Wwise in a Unity project to update the Wwise version. I had some compiling errors and it took the third attempt to successfully modify it. I now have several temp folders, but, am I good to delete the older time stamped ones? Is there a way to make sure that I don't delete the one currently being referenced? Pretty new to this, so, thanks in advance!
