The same with Wwise Launcher 2022.1.2.1657, Wwise 2021.1.7.7796.2335, Unity 2021.3.1f1c1, Windows 11.

First off, please check out to the release notes for any Wwise version before downloading - https://www.audiokinetic.com/library/edge/?source=Unity&id=pg_releasenotes.html
There you'll find that we only tested it on Unity 2020.1, meaning it might work on newer version, but we can't promise it will.

That said, the above message sounds a lot like the Launcher could not find the actual Unity installation of your project. Please have a look at whether that might be the issue and locate it manually.
