Why is smoothing greyed out for Random Waveform LFO?

+1 vote

**Update: this appears to be a bug. When I select Random waveform in the LFO, smoothing is greyed out. Then I click the empty slot below the current RTCP curve and then click back, and it's not greyed out anymore!

HI! Just a beginner here.

I'm using an RTPC with an LFO set with waveform set to random, to do something like this: https://youtu.be/6yJmK73t64E?t=65

I'd like to smooth out this random LFO, but the smoothing slider/value is greyed out. And just for random -- it's not greyed out for other waveform types (other than sine, of course).

But in the above video, it's not greyed out (see here specifically: https://youtu.be/6yJmK73t64E?t=170)

However the video is with an older version of Wwise, and I'm on the latest.

Was the ability to smooth the random waveform removed?

Or is this a bug?

Or is there a setting somewhere that could enable smoothing for the random waveform?

Thanks for helping me out!

Interesting question!
Hello. Try to use Wave Video Editor https://wave.video/tools/video-marketing/turn-text-into-video In my opinion, this is one of the best services that provides a lot of great features. Therefore, it does an excellent job with anti-aliasing and other effects. Personally, I use this program to convert text to video using artificial intelligence technologies. That looks really interesting
