Music playlist no repeat history should be global

Music playlist no repeat history should be global in order to avoid repeating segments across multiple playlists.

We frequently use the same audio files in different playlists.  It would be wonderful if Wwise was able to avoid repeats across multiple playlists.

Related, there is no avoid repeat functionality on random tracks, i.e. music track with random step type. Making the NO REPEAT GLOBAL based on the audio files instead of a playlist/group would solve this problem as well.
