File Path Issue for Original Audio - Integrity Reporting

Two Fold question:

Firstly, Upon Generation, receive many errors for missing audio files in the Originals directory.  Have confirmed through project settings that the path is correct, and the audio files indeed exist.  If I re-import the audio file, works ok.  (but I have a LOT of these "missing / not found" files.

Secondly if I run an integrity check I also find that the paths are malformed.  For instance,  SFX\Combat\ Slice_Heavy.wav    vs. what should be the correct path of SFX\Combat\Slice_Heavy.wav  (notice the added space between the backslash and audio file name).  Curious as to why that is happening.

Thoughts / Ideas?
