In Wwise Launcher, why can't I uncheck deployment platform macOS for the Unity Integration?

Nether Unity nor Wwise have installed the SDK for macOS. When I then want to integrate Wwise in Unity the checkbox for macOS is greyed out and Wwise Launcher forces me to install the macOS SDK. How come?
