Avid Artist Series configuration

I have a set of Avid Artist Series (Euphonix MC Mix/Transport/Control) control surfaces.  WWise sees them as "EuCon" but there's no communication between the devices and WWise.  the Artist series will emulate Mackie Control and HUI; when I put them in Mackie Control emulation I get a counter and my mutes light up, but when I put it in HUI mode they don't; any tips?

Wwise does not support the EuCon protocol.  The Avis Artist Mix device can be set in Mackie emulation mode. But even when using the Mackie emulation, the device is not working with Wwise.
