Retrieves the 8-bit signed integer value of a specific property. (Future use)

Warning: The plug-in XML definition file doesn't currently provide a int8 value type.

[in] in_pszPropertyName The name of the queried property, based on the XML definition file.
[out] out_propertyValue The returned value of the property.
