Cannot remote connect to my game. Unable to connect to local host. UE4.

Hi. I recently lost the ability to remote connect to localhost. Only changes that have been made are pathing for the project. (In order to properly build soundbanks).

My machine shows up in the remote connections menu and says ready, but when I click connect a small window appears with the text "trying to connect to : 127.0.0.1".

Same issue with my project and the wwiseue4demo-project.

Have you tried the steps from this question? https://www.audiokinetic.com/qa/114/i-cant-connect-wwise-to-my-game?show=114#q114

There are known issues with UE4 and adb.exe. Also, Epic fixed a similar bug in UE4.6 where it did not properly release network sockets. You should make sure you are running the latest version.

Yes. Ports match up. We are running 4.6.1. ADB.exe is not running in the background.
Rebooting solves the issue, but switching between projects renders me unable to connect again.
