If you are having problems downloading the files, please check the following most common solutions:

  • Disable your download manager. 
  • Clear your web browser cache.
  • Disable  third-party applications or browser extensions (internet security software, antivirus, or firewall).
  • Only download one collection at a time.
  • Use a wired internet connection instead of wifi.
  • Try with a different browser and/or computer.
  • Check your router to see if any content filtering is enabled.
  • Check with your ISP to make sure that you haven’t exceeded your download limit.

It seems to me that the problem may be in the connection to the Internet... Check your Wi-Fi or call your ISP.
