Hi there, Hope someone can help ,me. I have been mixing with my sound card and keep an eye on the RMS meter to be sure everything is fine. When I test with the sound card everything is at expected level, when I plug directly in the computer the level meter stay the same but the sound is much more loader. I usually game with the same set sound card or headphone. The team also they complaining it is super loud in Unity on there side. Any direction to point it out?

Hey Guillaume,

Not quite sure why that is happening, but I asked around, and here's the answer from my colleague Damian.

The first thing to check is whether the volume set for different output devices is the same.
This might be helpful - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/audio/audio-signal-processing-modes

Also, when profiling with Wwise, if the Wwise metering (while connected) stays the same, it's a Windows OS setting.
If the meters stay the same, Wwise is consistently rendering.

Let us know if this helps!

Hi Mads, The project manager informed that they actually found a bug in the sound card of the window computer users.  Thanks for looking into this
