2023.1 WAAPI MusicTransition

Hi there!

2023.1 brings huge improvements to WAQL and WAAPI's interaction with Interactive Music objects. Being able to query and modify MusicPlaylistItem objects is a massive upgrade.

I was surprised to see that even though MusicPlaylistItem querying/modification is now supported, the ability to set MusicPlaylistItems as a MusicTransition's "JumpToPlaylistItemRef" with WAAPI or get an existing MusicTransition's "JumpToPlaylistItemRef" with WAQL is still unsupported.

Given how complex Interactive Music structures rely on the JumpToPlaylistReference for MusicTransitions to function as desired, I wanted to bring attention to this and see if it's possible to get this functionality added for the 2023 official release.
