Hi guys,

A little question

I'm using adaptive music in horizontal and vertical ways with different parts and they are randomized.

In the game, if a character attacks, the sound is played by the akevent. But i would like to have this sound in relation to the chord of the music at that time. I tried with the stinger and custom cue, but I need to change instantaneously.  I think I have to use a switch container, which chooses the sound according to the point where the music are.

I've prepared the sounds in 12 different tonality, but i don't know, how to follow the chord changes of the music.

Do you have any ideas?

Thanks!

I think the ideal solution would be to use custom cues in the music segments to set switches.  With a little programmer support, should be able to do a callback on the cues, and when they occur, pass this info back by either posting an event or setting a switch directly.
