Created an event in Wwise authoring tool. And generated soundbanks inside the Unreal project.  Played in the Unreal editor. I am able to hear the effect applied on the Wwise authoring tool even though i have not copied the third party .dll plug file anywhere in game project or inside the engine directory. But when i try to package it , it gives me error saying

"MainFrameActions: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): UnrealBuildTool: LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\4.12\Engine\Plugins\Wwise\Binaries\Win64\UE4-AkAudio.lib"

Is there any specific folder i should copy my plugin .dll file to?

Why is it playing the sound with correct effect even if  i have not copied .dll file anywhere inside the engine directory or game project directory.?

How do we register .dll plugin ?
