Sales Contact Response Time

I'm needing help in adjusting my license to support Xbox One and PS4 and I contacted sales through the form about a week ago and have not heard anything back. How long do I have to wait to get a response? I understand that I'm but a small indie dev but this is frustrating and honestly I'm considering just removing wwise from my project as I can't proceed with my project while I'm not able to build for those platforms.

Hi Marc, 

It has nothing to do with being a small indie developer or else. I believe it simply fell in a crack as we usually answer pretty quickly (e.g. a couple of days at max usually). 

  • To get access to PS4, we need to confirm you're an official PS4 developer. For that, you simply need to go on the Playstation game developer portal and click on the confirmation button besides Audiokinetic in the middleware section. 
  • For XboxOne, we'll get in touch with Microsoft and get back to you upon confirmation. 




We've further investigated but found no trace of the message your sent. It apparently never reached us for an unknown reason. In any case, Mike should follow up with you soon.

Thanks for the response. I'll go ahead and do what you described for Playstation and if you guys can email me personally then I can give you the email address I'm registered as a developer under Microsoft with.
