Can't load soundbanks in Unity on a Mac, whereas they work on PC

While using Unity 2019.3.3f1 and Wwise 2019.2.0.7216 on macOS Mojave 10.14.6, every time I open the project in Unity on the mac, I get errors saying I cannot load the SoundBanks. The soundbanks load fine on the on Unity on Windows. The soundbanks are generated on Assets > Streaming Assets > Audio > Generated SoundBanks > (Mac/Windows). I get the following error messages:

WwiseUnity: Failed to set SoundBanks base path to </(path-to-unity-project)/Assets/StreamingAssets/Audio/GeneratedSoundBanks/Mac/>. Make sure SoundBank path is correctly set under Edit > Project Settings > Wwise > Editor > Asset Management.
UnityEngine.Debug:LogErrorFormat(String, Object[])
AkWwiseInitializationSettings:InitializeSoundEngine() (at Assets/Wwise/Deployment/API/Handwritten/Common/AkWwiseInitializationSettings.cs:337)
AkSoundEngineController:Init(AkInitializer) (at Assets/Wwise/Deployment/Components/AkSoundEngineController.cs:120)
AkInitializer:OnEnable() (at Assets/Wwise/Deployment/Components/AkInitializer.cs:49)

Thank you for your help!

Hey Lucas,

Did it work earlier, or is this the first time with that project?

I would think that the SoundBank path is not valid. So maybe try to look in the Wwise Settings and open the folder in your Finder and see whether there's actually any SoundBanks in that folder.
If not, go to Wwise and check the location of the generated SoundBanks.

Now if everything is where it should be, try to close Unity, delete the Library folder, delete the SoundBanks, generate new SoundBanks and open Unity again.

Let us know if it works!
