Reads some bytes into a buffer.

返回:: True if the operation was successful, False otherwise

参数:

	in_pData	Pointer to a buffer
	in_cBytes	Size of the buffer (in bytes)
	out_cRead	Returned number of read bytes

在AK::ReadBytesMem内被实现。

参考自 Read()及ReadString().
