For a few days now, whenever I try to log in to my Audiokinetic account inside the Wwise Launcher, the "Log in" window pops back up as soon as I submit my email and password. I haven't been able to upgrade any of my Wwise projects, so I would really appreciate some help.
closed with the note: The problem has stopped for now, thank you for all your help. If it starts to happen again I'll post another log.

Hi Juan.

Sorry to hear you're being blocked by this. I'm not sure what's wrong, but could you share your Launcher's log? That will be very helpful to know if it's a connection issue, etc.
Tip: If you create a Bug Report, the logs will automatically be included and sent to us. It's the fastest way to report a problem to the relevant Team(s).

Hi, thanks for the answer. I would share the log, but since I can't log in, sending a bug report is not possible. Any other ways I can access the log?
Yes certainly. Wwise Launcher > (?) tab > About Wwise Launcher... > Open log.

Hi again. Unfortunately, that log file does not reveal what your problem might be, but it seems like you were able to download Wwise on the 4th, so do you still have problems with this?
