Now you'll take the organization of your project a step further by color-coding objects. While there are other approaches to color-coding, you're going to color-code based on the Actor-Mixer groupings you just created. This will make it easy to identify which category an object belongs to when you see it in any of the views throughout Wwise.
-
Right-click the Items Actor-Mixer and click Set Color.

A color selector opens.
-
Click one of the green squares.

-
Expand the Items Actor-Mixer.

Notice that the green color you assigned to the parent object propagated to all of its children.
-
For the remaining Actor-Mixers, set Magic to blue, Main Character to purple, and Monsters to red, and then collapse the Actor-Mixers.

Congratulations, you finished module 11! In this module, you started by grouping related objects under Actor-Mixers. Then you used those groupings to quickly color-code your objects, making them easy to recognize anywhere in Wwise.
Up next, Module 12: Understanding the Master Audio Bus where you'll get your first glimpse at mixing in Wwise.
